Beatriz Montalvo is the homeschooling parent of two teens, who thoroughly enjoys all the benefits of being a homeschooling family.  SB277 has propelled Beatriz to actively get involved in the state legislative process, by meeting with assemblymembers, senators, activists, and researchers.  She is very concerned about the erosion of personal and parental rights and is on a mission to share her findings with fellow California citizens.  Beatriz was born in Canada and grew up in Central America.  She enjoys cooking, eating food grown in her garden, and spending time with loved ones.
